Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month, so you're never locked in. You stay because the work speaks for itself, not because a contract keeps you here. If it ever stops being worth it, cancel anytime — no penalty, no notice period, no hard feelings. The whole point of our pricing is that it has to earn your business every single month.
What happens to my unused hours?
They roll over — forever. If a light month leaves you with hours in the bank, they don't vanish when the calendar flips. They accumulate and stay available whenever you need them, whether that's next month or six months from now. Your balance is always yours, and it only ever goes up when you actually put it to work.
Will there be surprise charges?
No. You get one flat monthly price, and that price covers everything in your plan. If something genuinely falls outside what you're paying for, we never just add it to your bill — we explain what it is and why, get your explicit sign-off on the cost, and only then do the work. No line items you didn't approve. No sticker shock at the end of the month.
How much is a redesign or custom build?
Project work is billed at our standard rate of $75/hr. A single landing page typically lands around $200, and a full site redesign usually starts around $500 — but we don't quote in the dark. Every project gets a flat, fixed quote up front, before we touch anything. You approve that exact number, and the price you see is the price you pay.
I already have a host. Do I need to switch?
No. We work with whatever host you already use — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce, and most others. Switching is entirely optional, and we only recommend it when moving genuinely helps you. Most of the time we improve your current setup as it is, so there's no migration, no downtime, and no reason to uproot a site that's already working.
Is it really real humans, not a ticket system?
Yes. When you need something, you email your task and a real person confirms they've got it — same day in normal cases. That person handles the work and emails you back when it's done, in plain language. There's no queue, no chatbot, no 'case number' to chase, and no one passing you between departments. Just a straightforward, human exchange from start to finish.
